Kitzinger Tannin Powder, 10 g

Kitzinger Tannin, also called tannic acid, is added as a fining agent if gelatine is being used a s a clarifying
agent, but the juice or must itself does not contain sufficient tannin levels. For tannin, an amount equivalent to half of the planned amount of gelatine is needed, normally about 5 g; in cases of low turbidity, only 2 to 3 g per 100 litres of juice or must.
